About the Being
Typically when we introduce ourselves, we lead with what we do. But we’re human beings, not human doings!
So, a bit about who I am apart from what I do: I’m a Southern California native with big dreams and a bigger heart. I’m a believer in the overwhelming love of God, and I’m learning to receive and share it more and more every day. I’m a go-getter who truly believes people can do anything they put their minds to. And I strive to be an instrument of unity in a world that’s so heavily divided.
Fear used to control my life. I constantly put pressure on myself to have everything figured out, and failure wasn’t an option. This fear prevented me from taking risks, from going after my dreams, and from being present to the people around me.
After years of struggling with crippling perfectionism, anxiety, and an eating disorder, I finally came to terms with my true identity – one that’s completely separate from my achievements and my failures. I learned to replace fear with love and to allow that love to be the driving force in my life.
My goal is to help other high-achievers like you embrace the fullness of who you are so you can live a more meaningful, intentional life.
About the Doing
I’m gonna have to steal Marie Forleo‘s famous term here – I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur! The fear of picking one thing and sticking to it used to completely paralyze me. But I’m learning to embrace my many interests while zeroing in on a few at a time. Here are some words that currently describe me:

Women’s Health Educator
Holistic Health Enthusiast
My most relevant role here at The Erica Paige is my role as a Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) Teacher, meaning I teach women how to track, understand, and interpret their body’s monthly signals. I grew up with severe hormonal acne, and I was prescribed bandaid treatment after bandaid treatment, from topicals to antibiotics to birth control pills. The education I’ve received from FEMM has shown me that it’s possible and better to work with the body’s natural functioning toward healing. You can find out more about FEMM here.
Holistic wellness is all about embracing a whole-person perspective to become the best version of you in every way! The Erica Paige is your new favorite place to learn about becoming more in touch with your body so you can work with it to become the best version of you.
